Duties and Responsibilities :

Managing Budgeting & Reporting, and treasury functions and Accounting functions including revenues, and/or accounts, payables and receivables, and payroll as well as assisting in financial planning and cost analysis and reporting financial data to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and integrity; overseeing and managing all accounting operations.

Developing the Budgeting & Treasury function’s work plan for the concerned Business Units; assigning work activities, projects and programs, monitoring work flow, reviewing and evaluating work methods and procedures, and directing such activities to serve the Department's goals and plans.
Preparing, coordinating & managing the development and implementation of budgeting & reporting functions, treasury functions and Accounting programs, including financial, accounting and managerial operations, according to the requirements of the organization and its needs.
Managing and overseeing the development of contracts, revenues, and/or accounts, and expenditures.
Managing the accounting function & ensuring that all entries & JV’s are properly handled as per the set rules & regulations.
Evaluating performance of Accounting department team in compliance with approved appraisal forms and recommends best course of action & improve communication and team spirit.
Overseeing the preparation of working papers to ensure that expenditures for annual costs and for contracts are monitored against budgets and those reports are prepared to ensure balanced accounts.
Staying up-to-date of applied laws and regulations and maintaining continuous compliance with general and specific accounting principles.
Monitoring and approving expenditures as per accounting policies and procedures.
Continuously reviewing the adopted methods and principles, and developing existing accounting principles as appropriate.


B.A. in Financial Management or Accounting.
A minimum of 10 Years OF experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or general manufacturing, among which at least three years in a supervisory position.
Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages.
Ability to effectively work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Have strong organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a highly team-based environment.
Creativity and thinking outside the box.
