Channel Manager

Descriptif du poste :

We are looking for a mature and highly independent candidate who will be responsible for channel sales activities in Algeria and to join our Siemens Digital Factory (Control Products, Motion Control, Factory Automation) sales team. This position will be reporting to the Head of Sales (Digital Factory Division) and will be based in Algiers, Algeria.
The Challenge
Forecast and manage Digital Factory direct and indirect sales
Lead and manage channel partners to ensure sales quota achievement
Pursue key strategic direct sales deal
Create program and initiatives to lead the country channel partners to enter into key markets
Help channel partners to close business deals
Recruit new channel partners and enable them with the help of the technical team
Work closely with channel partners to resolve conflicts (if any)
The Candidate
Master Degree in Engineering or related fields
Good electrical skills
Proven direct engineering sales experience with a track of sales record
Demonstrated ability to manage complex selling with proven ability in achieving targets through a channel partner model
Familiar with forecasts, targets and sales reporting
Dynamic with excellent leadership and high level of accountability
