Job Title: Infrastructure Lead (Manager Technology)
Location: Dubai

Job Summary

The Infrastructure Lead ensures delivery of technical services for new and existing clients. Based out of Dubai, UAE, you will be part of a team supporting a hosted environment that delivers hosted services to clients across the MENA region. You will provide a mixture of preventative support as well as integration activity around Windows Server environment, Azure, AWS, Office 365, VMWare, Hyper-V and more.
You will also work in a fast-paced environment, driving performance and reliability from software, infrastructure and cloud environments on behalf of SapientRazorfish MENA. You will tackle challenging, unique situations every day and work with other functions and employees within SapientRazorfish MENA as well as our clients. You are regarded as subject matter expert to fellow team members on making reliable technical decisions around supporting and deploying large-scale services and engineering complex systems that run business critical systems of our customers. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, experience with integrating multi-technology platforms and product brands, flexibility, excellent communication skills and a desire to tackle unique and complex challenges of scale.

Key Responsibilities Include

Responsible for management, maintenance and architecture of storage, virtualized environment, cloud services, servers, network devices, and productivity tools
Monitor systems and identify performance issues proactively
Work within strict time frames and elevate incidents within defined timelines
Monitor service delivery compliance to budget, quality standards and customer and business stakeholder requirements
Coordinate for infrastructure related to design and setup at different stages of a project
Resolve issues and prepare status reviews and reports
Represent the infrastructure team as a technical consultant on projects
Maintain project plans and documentation of all system builds and modifications
Maintain working knowledge of current infrastructure and future trends
Collaborate, negotiate and work with vendors and service providers, and maintain good working relationships with such parties to ensure that services meet the expectations of contract


Be the primary contact between the agency and the parent Group’s regional IT hubs, coordinate day-to-day IT requirements and ticket resolution
Oversee the IT inventory and CAPEX for both MENA & India offices.
Key Skills

Job Requirements:

Proven ability to work in a cloud-based or hosting environment
Solid technical background in a hosted services environment including infrastructure networks, hardware and software
Proven ability to manage and maintain Cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure and similar
Experience with incident ticketing systems
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange server, and SQL Server
Hands On knowledge of implementing the DevOps/CI for MS and non-MS stack of products (SharePoint, Sitecore, CRM, BizTalk, etc.)
Proficient in Technical Infrastructure documentation.
Lead and Conduct Penetration testing using renowned tools as well as applying Infrastructure security hardening remedies.
Patch management and rollout cycles on enterprise products such as SharePoint and Sitecore.
Sound knowledge of the SDLC, ability to work with different project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Installation, configuration and operation of migration tools (SharePoint, Sitecore)
In-depth knowledge of Clustering, Load Balancing, High Availability & Disaster Recovery, Auto Scaling etc.
Experience in SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2016 and Sitecore installation and configuration on multi-tier setup
Proficient in PowerShell scripting
Strong virtualization experience using Hyper-V, VMWare
Good knowledge of security as it relates to cloud based infrastructure
Experience in Source control systems like TFS & GIT
Ability to identify incident trends in order to elevate incidents in accordance with standard protocols
Configure, manage and maintain cPanel/WHM servers
Establish and maintain configuration management solutions
Must have strong hands-on OS administration skills with Linux, preferably Red Hat/CentOS
Experience with Linux servers in virtualized environments
Familiarity with the fundamentals of Linux scripting languages
Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining services such as Apache, MySQL, NGINX, etc.
