MANAGER PMO

Essential Responsabilities:

- Define key programs and projects to deliver strategy and define prioritization. Cascade strategy into projects.
- Analyze and assess resource allocation and identify strategic gaps. Collaborate cross-functionally to rectify gaps.
- Outline project charters, milestone plans, benefit cases, value realization plans and interdependencies.
- Facilitate project portfolio management - aiding decisions on new project intake, progress, and prioritization.
- Collaborate with finance and project teams to monetize projects, to understand/track their financial benefit and to link into the budget setting process. 
- Support project managers to use the correct project management methodologies and collaborate with finance to ensure correct budget tracking.
- Establish frameworks and upskill team capabilities in project management through gap assessment and training.
