The position:
- The role is essential to the success of a growing strategic subsidiary for Novo Nordisk. You will be reporting directly to the Biopharm Business Unit Director, and will support the business strategy and operations development.
- As a National Sales Manager you will ensure the achievement of the objectives in the area.
- you will manage and coach the team of Product Specialist, implement the Sales and Marketing strategy, manage the regional promotional budget, design.
- implement and participate to projects as requested, 
- Develop strong relations with regional and national opinion leaders. 
- You will also be in contact with other levels in the organization, outside the affiliate.
- You will develop a strong wining culture in your team and will ensure regular and rapid feedback of information related to competition intelligence.

- Diploma of Higher Education.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical field promotion or other field activity.
- Minimum 05 years’ experience in teams’ management (people management as direct reports).
- Excellent knowledge of the Pharmaceutical market.
- Good communication skills with good interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented and energetic.
- Good records on previous performance.
- Mobile on the national territory and internationa.
- Mastery of Microsoft office;
- Good command of French and English with good writing skills.
