Job description : 

- Review advisory alerts, escalations and provide technical recommendations to CPM’s and external customers through case resolution process. These escalations include issues with trips, vibration, combustion, dynamics, wheel-space, bearing temperature, thermal performance and other auxiliary KPIs at a plant level via managed software solutions such as Predix APM and Operations Excellence.
- Owning all technical recommendations from M&D to make sure they are communicated to the concerned groups in a timely manner and reviewed on a periodic basis for closure.
- Understanding the customer monitoring needs and interact with other groups within the M&D and Power Digital teams to ensure the customer requirements are fully understood by all parties.
Willing to work extended hours to support monitoring requirements (occasional) Fulfilling on-demand customer monitoring needs for specific technologies in respective domains.

Qualifications/Requirements :

- Bachelor of Engineering (strong preference for ME, EE, AE, and Power Plant Eng.).
- Strong working knowledge of industrial equipment, operations, maintenance, and trouble shooting.
- Proven track record of delivering results and leading teams in a dynamic business environment.
- 5 to 7 Years field experience in power plant installation, operation, startup and maintenance.
- Gas turbine mechanical background with a solid understanding of GT systems and configuration.
- Comfortable with customer interface.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of resolution to customer technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
