Job description : 

- To interact with and develop enduring relationship with regional and national opinion leaders, national advisors on clinical practice , contributors to national guidelines and national and/or regional formularies.
- Medical input into assigned brand cross functional team and where necessary into local customer based marketing initiatives.
- To communicate customer feedback on product development and life-cycle strategies.
- Dissemination of recent scientific knowledge data  in approved indications
- Communication on recent scientific knowledge data in off-label indications and on oncology products in development upon request.
- To provide quality scientific presentations at internal and external meetings.
- Working with clinical trial investigators, including support for local investigator meetings on trial steering committees.
- Management of IIRs-presentation of proposal internal scientific review ,KOL follow-up congress
- Medical lead for local/national advisory boards.
- Dealing with customer enquiries on drug safety issues.
- Medical support for formulary applications.
- Medical review of third-party publications.
- Reports into to the  Country Medical Director.
- Financial Accountability.
- Indicate the Average Budget or Revenue accountability, as applicable.
- Ability to manage/prioritize resources in line with brand and customer strategy. Application of EU/AFME financial systems & processes and compliance.
Ability to clearly and easily communicate information and concepts which may be complex in nature. Presentation, negotiation and networking skills. Broad expertise across local customers /stakeholders. Facilitating stakeholder commitments and acting upon customer insight. Support for collating local customer insights into cross functional team.

Qualifications : 
- Experience  3- 5 years in Medical Affairs.
- Appropriately therapeutic knowledge.
- Fluency in business English, French, Arabic language.
- An in-depth knowledge of the products in the portfolio as well as an understanding of the therapeutic context including competitors.
- A good understanding of clinical research as well as the ability to critically evaluate clinical studies whether a protocol of publication.
- A knowledge of health economics and its impact on medical decision making
- An understanding of the process of drug development.
- Knowledge of the relevant and applicable codes of practice, SOPs, regulations and guidelines as they apply to the function.
- Knowledge of pharmacovigilance and regulatory legislation and how it impacts the product portfolio.
