Sales Manager- Document Solution Management

Description du poste :

The Sales Enterprise Solutions Manager  will be responsible for establishing and growing the Enterprise Solutions Business, therefore someone from a strong sales and managerial background is required, knowledge of DMS and similar solutions is also required.
 He/ She will be responsible for understanding customer needs and aligning those needs with the Enterprise Solutions offerings of GCG-OI. This position requires strong understanding on the technology solutions (preferably in Enterprise Content Management, Business Process Automation, Correspondence Management, Data Security, Business Intelligence Solutions etc.) and will have to be adept at managing stakeholder relations (Customer, Principals) to ensure successful end-to-end delivery of enterprise solutions projects. The Head of Enterprise Solutions will report to the General Manager.

Key Accountabilities / Performance Indicators

Establish & Grow the Solutions Business Portfolio to offer end-to-end Digital Workplace Transformation solutions that meet the customer needs and is in alignment with evolving trends and technology developments.
Establish Go-to-Market Strategies for the Enterprise Solutions Business and manage the effective execution of the GTM Strategies in coordination with all relevant stakeholders.
Seek out new customers and establish collaborative customer relationships with existing customers to offer turnkey enterprise solutions that enable the Digital Workplace Transformation journey of the customers.
Support Sales Account Managers in the qualification of customer needs, while having the ability to close deals directly by self.
Provide Solutions Demonstrations, both standard and tailored to suspects and prospects. Facilitate Technological Guidance and Advisory Support to new and potential customers (Proof of Concept, Workshops, Pilots etc.)
Knowledge, Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering)      

- 8-10 years’ experience in Enterprise Solutions with proven expertise in Pre-sales and/or Solution Architect/ Engineering positions.

- Fluent in English, preferable Arabic Language proficiency.

- Strong IT skills with sound understanding on operating systems, web application architecture, software engineering, and cloud & database technologies.

- Good analytical thinker with excellent communication, negotiation and sales closing skills and ability to become a “trusted advisor” and “thought leader” in the space of Digital Workplace Transformation.

- Ability to translate technical solutions into tangible customer business benefits; passionate about value creation and participating in the development of new ideas, concepts and turnkey solutions.

- Ability to effectively influence and advise decision makers with a strong network of connections within UAE market (preferable), especially in Government and Financial Services sector

- Self-motivated professional with a positive and proactive attitude; open minded with an entrepreneurial spirit towards problem solving and ability to perform under pressure.
