Marketing Manager BBS

Description du poste

Reporting to the Marketing Director BBS, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the marketing strategies that will enable Bard’s BBS business to exceed its sales goals.


Work in collaboration with the EMEA marketing organisation (BBS EMEA Downstream Marketing, EMEA Upstream Marketing, EMEA Business Development) and Emerging Market Sales to promote, refine and agree strategies for the Emerging Market region
Help develop and implement the overall product marketing strategy for Emerging Markets
Help drive growth of the complete BBS product portfolio
Build plans that define the marketing mix for product area
Key contact point and primary source of information for in-country and USA Biopsy divisional organization relating to Emerging Market business
Provide in-country teams with marketing support, training and materials for local implementation
Build links and lead activities with Key Opinion Leaders(e.g. through Master class programmes, Clinician Education Programs, KOL round-tables, etc)
Manage and co-ordinate new product launches and support RAQA for registration of new products
Coordinate with Planning /Logistics forecast of Biopsy product portfolio
Identify new Emerging Market new product and business development opportunities
Build and manage market information and competitive databases
Setup, organize and support Emerging Market congresses, symposiums and workshops
Build a strong, positive and consistent Emerging Market divisional image
