RAN/Rollout Program Manager

Description du poste
The RAN/Rollout Program Manager drives large and complex business benefits based engagement. He is responsible for managing the program objectives, introducing the business capabilities, and preparing realization of expected benefits according to plan.
Responsibilities
Manages projects progressing to large multi-disciplined projects
support Senior PM’s on larger projects
Runs projects in accordance with Project Management Methodology Guidelines ( Ericsson, internal Process )
Identifies skill set requirements for projects to ensure qualified personnel are assigned to projects.
Generates and gathers required project information to ensure proper execution of projects
Negotiates the performance of activities with team members and their managers if operating in a matrix environment
Organizes the work into manageable activity phases and determines an effective approach to completing the work
Tracks and reports progress to plan, cost and schedule reporting, and change control
Analyzes the actual performance against the plan and makes adjustments consistent with plan objectives
Manages relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients and vendors, keeping the stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables
Arbitrates and resolves conflict and interfaces problems within the project
Manages the financial aspects of the project
Profile
8-10 years experience in Handling customer projects in RadioTelecom (RAN, Rollout) domain (2G, 3G, 4G, LTE)
PMI certification is required
Excellent Financial understanding (P&L)
Ability to manage in a matrix environment.

Highly developed consultative behavior
Passion to win and drive excellent business leadership
Acumen and strong understanding of the Telco Business Processes and complex organizations.
Coach the team, to interact with them and to support them for their professional growth, and identify and recognize talents.
French & English fluency
Position based in Algiers - Algeria.
