Job Summary:

You will Lead and develop assigned Channel & Customer strategies & initiatives to deliver agreed objectives/targets.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead and develop assigned Channel & Customer strategies & initiatives to deliver agreed objectives/targets.
Ensure development and execution of Category Channel Plan for the channels in line with business requirements. Ensure achievement of agreed Channel targets/KPIs.
Ensure implementation and periodic update/follow up of Category Channel Plan.
Identify killer operator Insight/actionable idea and develop in-store execution.
Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.
Collaborate with peer colleagues in MENA to share Category Channel best practices/insights, liaise with Marketing, Field Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to drive Category, Channel and Consumer related initiatives

Required Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing; a graduate degree a plus
3 years experience in marketing or sales in FMCG industry
Proficiency in English, French and Arabic
Demonstrated high level leadership / project management qualities during previous work experience
Delivered on KPIs on previous positions
Strong interpersonal relationship builder
Team player, dynamic and willingness to learn quickly
