About The Department
Novo Nordisk Algeria belongs to International Operations, Region Asia Africa Middle East Oceania (AAMEO), and is one of the largest and most dynamic affiliated worldwide
An opportunity as Senior Pricing and Market Access Analyst is open in our Algerian subsidiary based Algiers
The position
You will play a key role in executing affiliate pricing strategies with responsibility for managing the pricing corridor for marketed products in light of local Market Access opportunities. Elaborates and translates Global, pricing strategies into tactics and drives execution whilst also supporting the development of pricing capabilities in the affiliate
You will build and submit complete pricing cases that are in line with global pricing strategies and reflect clear understanding of business impact and general Market Access implications by collaborating closely with key functions to create solid business/pricing cases.
You will develop and monitor intelligence on the market access landscape.
Implement and execute strategic Market Access frameworks such as payer engagement, negotiation and objection handler in close collaboration with our region
Qualifications
Master Degree (preferably within quantitative/management discipline) from a well-recognized institute
5+ years of experience in the pharma industry
Knowledge gained by commercial, business, medical position with managerial level experience and ability to work within a cross functional team
Direct experience required in at least two of the areas (and exposure in other areas desired) : Pricing , Outcomes Research ; Health Economics ; Brand Value Communications ; Advocacy Development ; Payer Engagement ; Market Access ; Customer insight gathering
Experience in building relationships/networks with health care decision makers (governments, payers, insurers, policy makers KOLs etc.)
Experience in delivering business objectives in alignment with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Good communication skills with good interpersonal skills
Result-oriented and energetic
Mobile at regional and international level
Mastery of Microsoft office
Perfect command of English and French
