Assistant Administrator and Logitics

Job Description
Raytheon is seeking an Assistant Office Manager and/or Logistics Administrator to support our location in Algiers. In this capacity, you will report directly to the Office Manager. Job duties include performing a full range of administrative/logistical functions in support of our in-country operations, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, teleconferences, supporting customer visits, and travel arrangements. In this position, you will be handling day to day general correspondences/faxes as well as translating and interpreting English/French in support of operations. Must be able to use own initiative and direction to perform assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision, demonstrating a solution-driven approach.
This position will entail handling business details of a confidential, proprietary, and critical nature in accordance with company practices.
This position can be a G06 or a G07 based on the candidate’s qualifications as they relate to the skills, experience and responsibilities required for the position.

Responsibilities :

Administrative functions in support of office operations
Coordinate meetings, and support customer visits
Coordinate and arrange travel and logistics in Algeria
Translation and Interpretation of general correspondences in support of operations
Basic Requirements
2+ years’ experience in an Administrative role and/or Logistics experience
Capable of organizing logistics associated with personnel travel (hotels, flights….)
Bilingual communication skills in French and English
Capable of basic translation and interpretation of French/English
Desired Experience, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Organized with keen attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
Strong, effective communication skills
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree or multiple years of relevant field experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. (Two years related work experience can substitute for one year of education
