MSL (Medical Science Liaison) Oncology

Description
MSL is a field-based medical role responsible for medical opinion leaders (OLs) interaction that provides non-promotional information on medical/scientific evidence to key customers about disease management and BIP therapeutic solutions, to ensure maximum awareness of targeted diseases and BIP products. MSL also provides tactical support to Medical-Marketing and sales working in the management of key customers, respecting the company's internal policies and legal framework for achieving the objectives of Medical Affairs and Prescription Medicines.

Duties & Responsibilities :

MSL is responsible to identify KOLs in order to ensure that all relevant KOLs are being considered in Product KOL Interaction Plan.
MSL performs KOL development and builds advocacy to BIP products, conveying expert clinical knowledge in face to face meetings and participate & interact in several events. MSL builds discussion around HCPs and/or patients’ needs and identifies opportunities for BIP.
Stimulates and invites KOLs to participate as speakers in Clinical Sessions, Symposia or Medical Meetings, to write expert articles, to participate in BIP clinical trials or to develop their own IIS proposals.
Scientific knowledge dissemination with HCPs.
Responds to questions regarding in - and off-label-use (unsolicited).
MSL participates in cross functional meetings to share investigator’s/ prescriber’s perspective into the company & maximize Medical-Marketing plan effectiveness.
In conjunction with Clinical Trials team, shares his/her perspective about investigation centers, investigators selection & sites feasibility.
Self-Development: participates in the definition of training plan together with Training Manager. Continuously updates him/her self.
Ethics & Compliance: performs all Company business in accordance with all
regulations and Company policies and procedures.

Requirements :
 
High level of communication skills;
Independent, proactive style but also an excellent team player;
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical environment and market;
GCP and pharma laws
Eligibility Requirements:
Doctoral degree (e.g. PhD, MD)
High level of scientific knowledge;
Experienced in clinical trials and/or in medical affairs function;
Experienced in the indication (medical and scientific);
Experience in HEOR (Health Economics and Outcomes Research);
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook;
