HR Admin and Payroll Executive

Descriptif du poste

Mission :

To support the Bottega Veneta Human Resources Manager in developing an international team, implementing and maintaining HR guidelines in a luxury environment.
Main assignments
- Handle on-boarding process with Company PRO: preparing offer letter and employment contract, collecting documents, checking, coordinating visa and emirates id application, and collection, payroll and medical registration
- Management of monthly payroll
- Management of all annual leave tickets for staff
- Maintain employee files
- Ensure compliance with local labour law, while assisting the HR Manager in implementing international Group HR policy, and updating HR policies when required
- Handle day to day HR operations: coordinate with the travel agency to book annual flights according to HR policy, leave, salary certificates, NOCs, business visa application, salary increase letter etc...
- Support HR Manager in maintaining the medical insurance census
- Monitor probation periods and draft confirmation letters
- Maintain labour cards and visa expiry dates, anticipate and organise renewal
- Handle off-boarding process from an administrative point of view: prepare final settlement, collect employee access cards and uniform, coordinate visa cancellation
- Support the HR Manager in ad hoc tasks as may be required from time to time in line with business requirements and HR projects
Compétences et expérience souhaitées

Profile :

- Recent university graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related majors
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar functions and environments
- Labour law and legal knowledge of the GCC
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Dynamic and reactive with a strong ability to anticipate
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Resourceful with a problem solving positive attitude
- Regional market knowledge and interest in Fashion and Luxury industries
- Committed to excellence and detail oriented
- Dynamic and pro-active, resilient with a can-do attitude
