Avian Technical & Marketing Veterinary Support (TMVS)

Description

This role is based in Algeria and covering Morocco and Tunisia.
In relation with the ME Technical & Marketing manager, be the In-field technical & marketing BI expert for Avian products in the TMVS dedicated area.
Main missions related to the current and future BI network:
Distributors : to provide a local technical & marketing support on BI products and services included vaccination processes & equipment.
Key Accounts : to promote the BI range by providing the right technical support and by proposing the appropriate solutions through BI products and services, included adapted support for the management of vaccination plans, processes & equipment.
KOL: to set and follow-up a local network.

Duties & Responsibilities

To act always in cooperation with the Avian Technical and Marketing managers, the ABMs and the local distributors of the TMVS area, and in the scope of the BI Guidelines.
To follow the avian market of the countries in charge.
To contribute to define the marketing targets & strategies for the BI Avian product range.
To achieve the Avian sales objectives.
Distributors
To follow the implementation of the strategies designed by the Technical & marketing managers in order to achieve sales target.
To provide technical training and support to the local teams on our products / services & associated diseases.
To lead the BI vaccination service (Vaccination, Services & Equipment) in the countries in charge.

Key Accounts

To follow and analyze the potential of all accounts in the TMVS area and to participate to the identification of the currents and futures Key Accounts in the area.
To propose customized plan included Vet Technical support & vaccination service offer in order to achieve sales target.
To control and evaluate the good vets & vaccination practice (vaccination scheme & vaccine application).
To run field trials or/and to collect and ship the biological samples when needed under the supervision of the Technical & Marketing managers.
KOLs
To regularly contact key faculty members & Key opinion leaders to inform, update and consult with.
To gather new information related to possible new product development, new scientific findings related to our product lines and competitors.
To organize with the local distributors roadshow & lectures on our products.
To Respect HSE, comply with BI procedures/policies and abide by BI Values.
Requirements
A Veterinary Medicine Degree is mandatory.
Solid experience in Animal Health business, especially in production animal business
Strong expertise in Avian businesses: good knowledge of all steps of Avian production
Strong expertise in Avian diseases and pathologies
Strong knowledge of laboratory diagnostic tools and vaccination schemes and processes
Able to travel around 50 to 60% of his/her time
Languages: fluent English and Arabic, and French (spoken and written)
In depth knowledge of the poultry market environment and the key accounts business.
Computer skills: good IT knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint
