Senior Talent Acquisition Officer

Descriptif du poste :

The Senior Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for achieving the recruitment needs, coaching and supporting the hiring community on recruiting best practice and execution, plan recruitment strategies and undertake projects relating to employer branding and talent attraction.

Main responsibilities :

Recruitment Plans
Ensure achievement of recruitment needs as per the business requirements and according to the SLA
Hiring of our retail, distribution and office-based employees, volume recruiting for sales executives.
Develop and maintain high level of stakeholder engagement with hiring managers and HR members
Implement the recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
Develop creative recruiting solutions if required.
Review applicants’ CVs to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
Conduct pre-screening interviews, tests and personality assessments
Interview and follow-up referrals from management
Perform reference and background checks for potential employees
Coordinate and follow-up with the hiring managers until the position is closed
Proactively develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Coach and advise managers on best practices in recruitment and selection
Ensure that every candidate has an excellent experience through the recruitment journey
Employer Branding and Strategy
Work in collaboration with Recruitment Marketing and external communications team to create and implement the attraction strategy
Research, analyse and recommend relevant channels to ensure we attract, source and hire relevant talent
Participate in relevant fairs, events, networking opportunities and market visits to ensure company visibility and access to relevant talent

Ideal Profile:

Has a minimum of 5 years of previous talent acquisition experience preferably in a recruitment agency or high volume environment
Fluent English and Arabic speaker
A bachelor Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.

Should have the ability to identify and satisfy the needs of internal and external customers, displaying commitment to meeting and exceeding their expectations.
