Supply Chain Coordinator

Descriptif du poste :

ONLY CANDIDATES matching ALL REQUIREMENTS and currently RESIDING IN UAE will be considered and contacted eventually.
We are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Coordinator – GCC to undertake a variety of day-to-day logistic, procurement and warehousing tasks. You will become an integral part of dynamic start up team in ensuring that our supply chain operation runs smoothly and in line with requirements of customers and other LLBME departments.
The position will have full autonomy in exchange for full responsibility in the following areas of our business: Product and assortment sourcing, full value chain costing, international freight management, efficient landed inventory management and overall importation handling.

Responsibilities :

You will be responsible for placing orders at our own factories and you will manage the communication and organize the necessary frozen transport overseas.
Based on forecasts concerning the requested stock levels and sales data, you coordinate the planning with our internal and external warehouses
You will be fully responsible for all the deliveries, including successful product registration and clearance through Dubai Municipality and related authorities
You will manage and organize the logistic data in SAP.
You will be responsible for the stock levels and you follow up on the slow moving stock and avoid out-of-stocks. Your role is to guarantee optimal stock levels conform the requested service level and for minimal cost / efficiency.
You will compare stock in SAP with the stock of external business partners, in case of differences you will seek the reason for the difference and will propose solutions.
You will maintain contact with all departments such as finance, production, sales, new product development, etc …
You will detect, analyze and implement improvement projects to optimize the supply chain flows.

Profile / Expectations :

Min 3 years experience in Supply Chain function in food trading industry (frozen) is MUST have
Hands on experience with international import / export - with arrangement, communication and management of outsourced Custom and Food Control clearance processes in UAE / GCC.
You are strong in IT, analytics and can distinguish the essential from detail, without losing overview.
Self-starter and problem-solving attitude, with strong communication skills
Fluent in written and spoken English, Arabic also a MUST have (Mother Tongue )
Good knowledge of MS Office (brilliant Excel); previous SAP system experience is also essential
Hardworking, flexible personality with CAN DO attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
UAE Driving License, time flexibility around the working hours
Bachelor or Master Degree in an economic and/or logistic
Salary/Total Package according to current UAE market standard - tailor made to final candidate to drive engagement
Start Date: Aug/Sep 2017
